Tiffany Kelly, MS, BCBA, LBA
Owner & BCBA
Tiffany is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and owner of Fluency ABA, LLC. Tiffany facilitates our ACT courses and provides direct therapy to our adult clients, as well as parent training and support. Tiffany also writes the treatment plan for each client and supervises the implementation of each therapy program.
Tiffany received a bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga in 2003 and a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Lipscomb University in 2019.
Tiffany began working with clients with autism in 2000. Since then, she has worked in a clinic, elementary school and home setting. Tiffany also uses the principles of ABA with her own son and understands how to make ABA doable for real life. She homeschooled her son for a year and loved it!
Tiffany is passionate about providing practical tools to help others live a more vibrant and meaningful life. Whether it is helping a child to communicate their needs instead of tantruming, or helping a parent to feel less stressed and more balanced, a little bit of guidance and support can make a big difference!
Emily Holmes, RBT
Lead Registered Behavior Technician & Executive Assistant
Emily joined the Fluency ABA team in March 2023. Emily is a Registered Behavior Technician who is pursuing an undergraduate degree in social work with the ultimate goal of becoming an LCSW. Emily is a member of our clinical and administrative teams. During the summer, Emily provides direct therapy to our younger clients and oversees the training of new staff members. Emily is committed to providing effective, high-quality behavior services to individuals with autism and varying developmental disabilities. During the rest of the year, Emily works remotely as the executive assistant and handles many of our behind-the-scenes duties.
Elease Holmes, RBT
Registered Behavior Technician
Elease joined the Fluency ABA team in April 2023. Elease is a Registered Behavior Technician on our clinical team. She provides direct therapy to our younger clients with autism and developmental disabilities and assists with the training of new staff members. Elease earned her associate degree in business administration from Volunteer State Community College in 2018, and she is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree and dual licensure in elementary and special education from Western Governors University. She enjoys and is passionate about working with children and helping them to learn throughout different areas of their lives.
Olivia James, RBT
Registered Behavior Technician
Olivia joined the Fluency ABA team in February 2024. Olivia is a Registered Behavior Technician on our clinical team. She provides direct therapy to our younger clients with autism and developmental disabilities. Olivia is interested in the field of EMS and plans to pursue a career in flight paramedic. Olivia enjoys helping her clients master new skills and build self confidence. In her free time, Olivia enjoys crocheting and spending time with family.
Ashley Taylor
Personal Assistant
Ashley joined the Fluency ABA team in January 2025. Ashley is a member of the administrative team and provides essential background support in our home office. She assists with daily operations which allows Tiffany to dedicate more time to seeing clients and making timely program updates. Ashley also assists with creating and organizing therapy materials which allows our RBTs to continue providing high-quality care to our clients. Ashley is passionate about kindness, integrity, and peacefulness. In her free time, she enjoys reading, finding new-to-her-music, catching up on Netflix, or spending time with family.
D'Anna Thomas
Personal Assistant
D'Anna joined the Fluency ABA team in January 2025. D'Anna is a member of the administrative team and provides essential background support in our home office. She assists with daily operations which allows Tiffany to dedicate more time to seeing clients and making timely program updates. D'Anna also assists with creating and organizing therapy materials which allows our RBTs to continue providing high-quality care to our clients. D'Anna is pursuing RBT certification and plans to join our clinical team this summer.
