Sign-on Bonus

We occasionally offer a sign-on bonus to experienced RBTs who are able to go through the onboarding process quickly and who successfully complete the first 90 days of employment. Ask us if a sign-on bonus is being offered at this time.

Available Cases

Choose the cases that are convenient for you! The average caseload is 15-25 hours per week, and can be adjusted based on your needs.

Gallatin (6-8 hrs/wk)

Goodlettsville (10-12 hrs/wk)

Madison (10-12 hrs/wk)

White House (8-10 hrs/wk)

Compensation

Starting pay ranges from $21 to $25 per hour depending on your education and RBT experience. In addition to your time spent at the client's home or school, you will also be paid to enter data and write the session note after each session.

Scheduling

Most sessions are scheduled Mon-Fri between 8:30am-5:00pm. If you are interested in extra hours, we occasionally offer Saturday sessions. Let us know what schedule works best for you!

Support

We have your back! We will provide you with the support and materials you need to be successful. We provide training and tools that make sessions easy and efficient for you!

Safety

Your safety during sessions is our top priority. We conduct preliminary screenings at all service locations and do not accept clients who engage in violent or dangerous behaviors.

Work Environment

Most clients are 3-9 years old. ABA sessions are conducted at the client's home, school, or daycare. A caregiver is always present to provide for the client's personal needs.

Holiday Pay

Employees receive 8 paid holidays per year. Fluency ABA, LLC is closed on these days so that employees can relax and have fun with friends and family.
